We had a great experience with Andy! Our door wouldn’t open and we were actually stuck inside the house. He came out after hours, arrived quickly, and was incredibly friendly and professional. He managed to get the door open and replaced the lock on the spot. What really impressed us was that he came back the next day free of charge when the door was still catching slightly. He fixed the issue right away and made sure everything was working perfectly. Fantastic service, very helpful, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend! ~ Phil B
I needed an emergency locksmith on Saturday evening as UPVC back door handle and lock were damaged. I sourced Andy Locksmith online and checked reviews I called Andy at 5pm and he came out and hour later. Andy was Friendly, he explained the issue with the lock issue and gave me quote. Andy had the lock system fixed in 30 minutes. He took the time to explain what he had done. I would definitely recommend Andy and have added him to my contact list for any future Issues.I was relieved the door was fixed so promptly on a Saturday evening and my house was secured ~ Joanne R
Andy was at my home 40 minutes after I phoned him. I didn't need an emergency call-out so 40 minutes was perfect for me as I had thought I'd have to wait a few days. Excellent job, value for money plus he was a clean tidy worker. He even took all his rubbish away with him (unlike a lot of people who call to your house to do work and leave mess behind). The locks on my door were old and faulty so I had them replaced. You can't put a price on home security and peace of mind. I highly recommend Andy. Thank you Andy. ~ Aingeal N
