We had a great experience with Andy! Our door wouldn’t open and we were actually stuck inside the house. He came out after hours, arrived quickly, and was incredibly friendly and professional. He managed to get the door open and replaced the lock on the spot. What really impressed us was that he came back the next day free of charge when the door was still catching slightly. He fixed the issue right away and made sure everything was working perfectly. Fantastic service, very helpful, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend! ~ Phil B

Andy was wonderful, he turned up very quickly and fixed our issue with our pvc window not opening due to the mechanism, really quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price point. He is a real perfectionist with great attention to detail, got the window unlocked and then repaired the window professionally afterwards. He was polite, friendly, and tidied up after himself. Arrived home from holiday at 4 am to find front door key not working. Eventually found Andy's number and called him at 5pm. Despite being 10 miles away he was with us in 20 minutes. He was very sympathetic - we are in our eighties - and he explained the problem and the remedy and the cost. All completed in half an hour. Two very thankful OAP's got home and into bed. Can't recommend Andy highly enough. ~ James A
