I needed an emergency locksmith on Saturday evening as UPVC back door handle and lock were damaged. I sourced Andy Locksmith online and checked reviews I called Andy at 5pm and he came out and hour later. Andy was Friendly, he explained the issue with the lock issue and gave me quote. Andy had the lock system fixed in 30 minutes. He took the time to explain what he had done. I would definitely recommend Andy and have added him to my contact list for any future Issues.I was relieved the door was fixed so promptly on a Saturday evening and my house was secured ~ Joanne R

We had a great experience with Andy! Our door wouldn’t open and we were actually stuck inside the house. He came out after hours, arrived quickly, and was incredibly friendly and professional. He managed to get the door open and replaced the lock on the spot. What really impressed us was that he came back the next day free of charge when the door was still catching slightly. Andy was at my home 40 minutes after I phoned him. I didn't need an emergency call-out so 40 minutes was perfect for me as I had thought I'd have to wait a few days. Excellent job, value for money plus he was a clean tidy worker. He even took all his rubbish away with him (unlike a lot of people who call to your house to do work and leave mess behind). I can’t thank Andy enough! I was locked out of my house with my daughter because the key suddenly wouldn’t turn in the front door lock. He dropped everything, he even left another job to come and help us. He arrived within 30 minutes and was so professional, friendly, and reassuring during a really stressful time. I have used Andy’s locksmithing services on two occasions now and have been very impressed. Andy is very responsive on enquiries and extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He gave me advice on which types of lock to use for each door and was very reasonably priced. He was available the next day and had even offered same day service if it was needed. Having phoned at least four other locksmiths who either didn’t answer or confirmed a time and then phoned back to cancel Andrei confirmed his arrival time; phoned again when 10 minutes away. I heartily recommend! I had an unpleasant situation with my car. My car slammed inside I had literally everything! I was literally homeless! Locked myself out of my house late in the evening. When all other services that said 24/7 pushed you through to a voice mail, Andy was there quickly and got me in to my house and replaced the lock super efficiently.
