We had a great experience with Andy! Our door wouldn’t open and we were actually stuck inside the house. He came out after hours, arrived quickly, and was incredibly friendly and professional. He managed to get the door open and replaced the lock on the spot. What really impressed us was that he came back the next day free of charge when the door was still catching slightly. I needed an emergency locksmith on Saturday evening as UPVC back door handle and lock were damaged. I sourced Andy Locksmith online and checked reviews I called Andy at 5pm and he came out and hour later. Andy was Friendly, he explained the issue with the lock issue and gave me quote.
